6.00 pm Progressive Dinner - Enjoy a 4 course meal progressing to different island homes and restaurants. A fun night and a good way to meet the local people and sample some of the island dishes.
9.00 am Half Day Tour - Join us on an 'in depth' tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. Walk through the cemetery and hear the history of interesting convict and colonial headstones, hear stories of the houses along Quality Row and visit the restored Military Barracks now the Legislative Assembly Chambers. Walk through the ruins of the New Gaol, visit the All Saints Church which was in convict times the Commissariat Store. Morning tea included.

5.00 pm Island Fish Fry - Enjoy a feast of island dishes, salads, homemade bread and fresh fried fish, followed by island desserts and tea/coffee. Watch the sun set from Puppy's Point on Norfolk's beautiful western coastline.
7.30 pm Mutiny on the Bounty Show - See descendants of the mutineers bring the story of the famed 'Mutiny on the Bounty' and historic events to life in a 90 minute show performed in an outdoor amphitheatre on Norfolk's western coastline.
9.00 am Convict Settlement Tour - Take your choice of One Hundred Acres Reserve or for the more energetic, a leisurely 3.5 km walk through scenic Mt Bates to Captain Cook Monument. At the end of both walks we meet on the cliff top for a delicious breakfast barbecue.
1.00 pm Island Culture Tour - Experience the culture of our forebears! From our mutineer ancestors and their Tahitian wives came the arts of wookcarving, weaving, cooking and our Norfolk language. On this tour see a demonstration using Norfolk timber and fish skins, visit island homes for a talk on our cooking and a lecture about the Norfolk Island language. An example of island weaving will be given after our afternoon tea break. We call in at the Historical Engine Museum to view the exhibits which have been an important part of Norfolk's early mechanical history.
6.30 pm Cats Cafe - A true Norfolk Feast! Featuring a wide selection of traditional island dishes. Baked and fried fish, chicken and meat dishes, an assortment of salads and vegetables followed by a choice of desserts and tea or coffee.

7.00 am Breakfast Bush Walk - This tour takes you to one of the most beautiful gardens on the island. Marvel at the beauty of Plun Park - a private garden and hobby farm in Watermill Valley. Visit Peter Christian's kentia palm plantation. Travel to Anson Bay to visit a small hobby farm which has been instrumental in improving our local livestock industry. Close by see a demonstration at Norfolk's major pottery and browse at the Cottage Pottery shop. Morning tea and rest stop at a scenic stop along the way.

6.00 pm James' Places - Enjoy a delicious 2 course dinner at one of Norfolk's most popular restaurants.
TBA Sound and Light Show - Nightfall at Kingston brings a different mood to the convict settlement. The stillness and the stars are there just as they were before mankind arrived in 1788. However, with dramatic use of real life sounds together with theatrical lighting and costumed actors, the stillness is broken as broken as Pintree tours takes you through the horrifying decades of Norfolk Island's convict era.

9.00 am Greenfingers - Another tour featuring some of the island's most lovely gardens! This exclusive tour begins with a visit to Norfolk's major Orchard 'Natural Choice'. Your hostess Paddy Cavill will explain his own horticultural style of gardening and show her specialist lowchill apple cultivation. Throughout the morning we visit a nursery owned and operated by a young Norfolk Islander, climb through a giant Banyan Tree as well as visit a gorgeous private garden with a spectacular view of Kingston and Nepean and philip Island's. Morning tea is served in the garden of beautiful, historic Music Valley at Kingston. Our local historian will give you a talk on this area with a history dating to 1788.

5.55 pm Night as a Convict - A fun night out for all ages! Dress as a convict - join with the commandant for an evening of gaiety, feasting and singing. Great food! Great fun! (outfit supplied). This is the most popular feature dinner on Norfolk.

1.00 pm Jimbo's 4WD - Join Sam and his Island staff - all direct descendants of the Bounty Mutineers; on an exciting 4 hour tour to points of Norfolk, accessible only by 4WD. This back of beyond tour takes you through private properties and the national park featuring spectacular scenery, native flora and bird life. It also includes delicious home made cakes with tea and coffee. Don't expect a rough race through the scrub. Drivers are conscientious and very knowledgeable. All vehicles are comfortable modern 4WD's. Great for all ages.
6.00 pm RSL 2 Course Dinner - Enjoy a delicious 2 course dinner with entertainment at the Norfolk Island RSL Club. A great place to meet the locals.
7.15 pm Wonderland by Night - The setting is 10 acres of magical Norfolk pines and bushland lit up like an enchanted forest. Meander along (or ride in the 'moon buggy') a winding pathway with Archie, a descendant of the Bounty mutineers, as he recites his poems and lights up the dioramas. Then afterward enjoy a light supper.
